Over 40 years of experience in arbitration and mediation, as an advocate and thereafter as a neutral.  Since 2002, selected to serve as a neutral arbitrator or mediator in over 600 matters.  Numerous reasoned awards issued as an arbitrator with cases proceeding to hearing.

Subjects handled in arbitration and mediation include:  All types of employment matters including whistle blower, harassment, contract and statutory claims; all types of wage and hour cases including class action, individual, PAGA, FLSA and state wage and penalty claims; handicap, discrimination, and accessibility; commercial/ business matters including partnership dissolution, partnership disputes,  contract dispute, unfair competition, insurance coverage, purchase and sale of business, defamation and interference claims; real estate matters including broker commission and failure to disclose.

Service as a neutral on the American Arbitration Association Employment and Commercial panels since 2004. Los Angeles Superior Court pro bono and Party Pay panels in 2002-2013.
